Shipping

I currently ship direct from the online shop to the United Kingdom with standard shipping rates.

UK shipping up to 2KG: £7.95. Most items ship at this rate (individual items that are over this weight are indicated in the product information). Individual miniatures ship to UK at a lower rate of £5.95. Larger items ship at £9.95. Express delivery and rates on request.

Free in person collection from London NW1 postcode. I may also be able to hand deliver in London NW1, N1, NW3, and NW5 postcodes. Just contact me direct at sophiecohenceramics@gmail.com to make arrangements.

For worldwide shipping costs please contact me direct. It isn’t possible to currently order outside the UK from this website, but if you see something you like please do email me direct to discuss at sophiecohenceramics@gmail.com

Please note: if your delivery address is outside of the UK, including the European Union, you may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package from customs.

Returns

If anything arrives broken or damaged then please do let me know with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging it came in and I’ll refund your purchase..

If you aren’t satisfied with your pot for any other reason then do get in touch. You can return your purchase within 14 days and I will refund. You will need to cover the postage costs for return of the item.

Please note: Every pot is handmade and individual, resulting in variations in colour and finish (it’s what makes them special). Whilst the photos featured in the online shop and on the website aim to give a clear picture, there are slight differences in every thrown item.

Care

Unless otherwise indicated, my ceramics are food safe. Fully unglazed pieces are not food safe and are marked as such in the online shop.

I recommend hand washing. Dishwasher detergent can be abrasive - which over time may cause greater wear to ceramic surfaces.

Unglazed pieces are hand wash only.

Commissions

If you want to commission work or discuss an out of stock item, then please do get in touch at sophiecohenceramics@gmail.com. I’m not a production potter so don’t make huge numbers of any one item, but am always happy to discuss your requirements direct.
